I’ve spent a lot of time and effort learning software. I think we all have. To some degree these programs have become the main focus of learning an art or craft. Programs like Photoshop, Protools, Cinema 4D and AutoCAD have become an indispensable part of these creative endeavors. It’s easy to get lost in their complexity and power. There are new plugins and updates every day vying for our attention, but these programs are just tools. They’re a pair of pliers to strengthen our grip, to help us deliver our message of humanity, heart and emotion.
